What is Deadly Designs Media? Deadly Designs Media was established in 2015 to provide multi-media services to businesses, community and individuals. With a background in filmmaking, photography and design, founder Adam Jenkins a Ngarrindjeri / Kaurna descendant offers clients professional video production, event and portrait photography and graphic design packages. Deadly Designs Media’s goal is to enhance cultural relationships through multi-media and work with indigenous and non-indigenous organisations providing a high level of service from an Aboriginal point of view in the marketing and media landscape.

As a independent filmmaker Adam has developed his skills from undertaking training at the International Film School of Australia, Adelaide College of the Arts and on-going independent study. His credits as a writer and director include short films Aucune Perte (2000), The Other Side of Negative (2005), and a documentary for NITV’s Our Stories about his mother, Aunty Steph: Becoming an Adelaide Jewel (2017). His short film Wild at Heart, which he directed and co-wrote with Tammy Coleman Zweck, came third in the People’s Choice at the Tasmanian Breath of Fresh Air First Nation Short Film Festival in 2022. Adam wrote and directed the South Australian Film Corporation funded short Aboriginal Horror film ‘THE GETAWAY’ which was had its premiere at Sydney SXSW Film Festival and the Adelaide Film Festival and recently won the South Australian Screen Awards - Best First Nations Film.

Corporate videos, Photography at events such as NAIDOC Week, Apology Day, Reconciliation week, Survival Day.
